Nina Solodovnikova was born in 1993 in Moscow, she is one of the new talents in opera today.

She is currently a member of the Deutsche Oper Berlin in the 24/25 season.

In past seasons, she has sung the roles of Violetta Valery (La Traviata), Aspasia (Mitridate, Re di Ponto), Fiordiligi and Despina (Così fan tutte), Giunia (Lucio Silla), Pamina (Die Zauberflöte), Adina
(L'elisir d'amore), Giulietta (I Capuleti e i Montecchi), Oscar (Un ballo in maschera), Musetta (La Bohème), Micaela (Carmen), Leila (Les pêcheurs de perles), Fanny (La cambiale di matrimonio), Dido (Dido and Aeneas), Valencienne (Die lustige Witwe).

She has worked with conductors such as Daniel Oren, Yves Abel, Michele Mariotti, Francesco Ivan Ciampa, Rinaldo Alessandrini, Jader Bignamini, Jonatan Brandani, Roberto Gianola.

She sang in various European and Asian theaters such as Arena di Verona, Teatro Comunale di Bologna, Teatro Municipale Verdi of Salerno, Donizetti Opera Festival, Salzburger Landestheater, Tiroler Landestheater, Teatro Olimpico di Vicenza, Opera de Tenerife, Opera Hong Kong, Daegu Opera House.

In January 2021 the DVD “Pietro il Grande” is released from the Donizetti Festival 2019 produced by Dynamic where she plays Annetta Mazepa. It is the first video worldwide registration of this rare Donizetti title.

She completed her studies at the Young Artist Programm of the Teatro Comunale of Bologna, at the Chigiana Music Academy. She has completed her training in the Donizetti repertoire at the Teatro alla Scala Academy and in the Baroque repertoire at the Philharmonic Academy of Bologna.
